A stay with minor issues
helpful staff central location friendly reception dated hotel small room grubby throw
The staff were friendly and helpful. They ordered a taxi for me first thing in the morning. The location is ideal for exploring Clifton Village. It is easy to walk to the Suspension Bridge.
The hotel looks dated and tired. My room was VERY small. The throw and curtains looked grubby.

satisfactory location, some room issues
inadequate shower slow drain
the location was good for a clifton event.. i lived a few doors down at university, a nostalgia factor.
the room felt rather tired. i had to rehang the curtain in order to close it across the window and the pole had no finials to stop the rings dropping off the ends. the shower over the bath was very inadequate and the bath drained slowly.

warm bread honey butter perfect steak
this hotel has a superb location. the warm bread with honey butter tasted amazing. the steak i had was cooked to absolute perfection.
the bathroom sink drained slowly. i did experience that issue.

the hotel provides parking next to the hotel. it is very convenient. there are decent bar and restaurant facilities. they served warm dishes, and fresh warm bread.

this spot is convenient for the shops and restaurants. it is situated close to a suspension bridge. clifton village has a bus stop that provides routes to other points in the area.

the reception team and night porters looked after guests so well. some staff members were very friendly and helpful. many provided excellent service throughout the stay. the service was really nice.

charming clifton stay
helpful staff excellent breakfast quiet atmosphere
the staff were really helpful I was able to park, though spaces were limited breakfast was excellent with a good variety the room was well-kept with nice touches i appreciated the quiet atmosphere within the building
the shower temperature was inconsistent i experienced fluctuations between hot and cold water , made showering difficult this issue needs attention for improved guest comfort

the hotel's location in clifton provided easy access to local restaurants and shops it was convenient to explore nearby attractions the neighborhood felt safe and cute contributing to a pleasant stay

the hotel provides parking, though spaces are limited it is a significant advantage given the area's parking constraints the 24-hour reception ensured i was supported at any time the hotel included a garden for a relaxed atmosphere.
